Laser Therapy Treatment
Our new and exciting tool to better pet health is a Therapy Laser. Most people think of cutting and surgery when they hear laser, but this is a "cold type" laser. Instead of cutting tissue, this laser directs an intense beam of light into tissue to reduce pain, inflammation, and accelerate healing. Therapy lasers increase the release of endorphins in tissue so that the perception of pain is diminished. It reduces inflammation by decreasing inflammatory mediators, increasing phagocytosis, and reducing edema or swelling. It accelerates healing by increasing blood flow, cytokines, fibroblasts and collagen to damaged tissue. Totally non-invasive; it doesn't hurt and your pet doesn't need sedation! Laser Therapy treatments are for:

Osteoarthritis in geriatric patients (i.e. hips, knees, elbows)
