DIRECTIONS TO OUR CLINIC
From Interstate 95
- exit #79, PGA Blvd West, to Military trail
- Turn Left onto military Trail and proceed South (approximately ½ mile) to the next traffic light.
- Turn Left onto Burns road and proceed East 0.3 miles
Fondren Pet Care Center is located on the left in the Southern Self Storage Business Park just east of the ball field, at 4145 Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens.
From Florida's Turnpike
- Exit #109 PGA Blvd
- Turn East on PGA Blvd and proceed to Military Trail (approximately 1½ miles)
- Turn Right onto military Trail and proceed South (approximately ½ mile) to the next traffic light.
- Turn Left onto Burns road and proceed East 0.3 miles
Fondren Pet Care Center is located on the left in the Southern Self Storage Business Park just east of the ball field, at 4145 Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens.
From Alternate A-1-A (Old Dixie)
- Turn West on Burns Road (Burns Road is North of Northlake Blvd (1.8 miles) and South (0.9 miles) of PGA Blvd.)
- Drive West on Burns Road (approximately ½ mile) pass under the I-95 overpass we are the 2nd driveway on the right.
